Milaei was founded by Sam and Jean as a next-generation business built on the foundation of their family's logistics experience in East Malaysia.
Their father spent decades building MLP through relationships, consistency and practical ground-level execution. That foundation created real operating knowledge — how goods move, how retailers work, how relationships are built, and how East Malaysia differs from West Malaysia.
But Sam also saw a gap. Many businesses today need more than traditional logistics support. They need visibility, structured reporting, market entry guidance, fulfilment coordination, customer support, and a partner who can help them test the market before committing to a full setup.
